Use almond milk and almond butter in this recipe to replace the dairy and the peanut butter if you want. Either way, you’ll discover that this makes a sweet, fruity and wholesome breakfast. Easy to sip on the go, and quick to make.


Here are the ingredients you’ll need:

1 c milk (or almond milk)
1 TB chia seeds
1/4 c. old-fashioned oats
1-2 TB natural peanut butter (or almond butter)
1 TB honey (or agave or liquid stevia)
5 lg. frozen strawberries

The preparation instructions are simple:

1. Place ingredients in blender in order listed.

2. Blend on high until smooth.

3. Enjoy.
