1 large banana, (the riper, the better)
3/4 c. greek yogurt
1 t. vanilla
1/4 c. plus a few extra splashes of dairy-free milk
8 drops liquid stevia
1/2 T. cinnamon
1/2 t. baking soda
1 1/4 c. rolled oats
a couple of dashes of salt
butter or coconut oil, for frying
